When you register with Saini Matrimonial, we ask for information such as your name, date of birth, gender, city, country, occupation, industry, education, salary, personal interests, family information, personal photographs etc (which will further be termed as Public Information henceforth). We also collect your ask your contact details (email address and phone number) which will further be known as Private Information.

• Apart from Public and Private Information submitted by members, we automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you request.
• The Public Information submitted by the members is used to match against the searches committed by other members for the purpose of matchmaking and is visible to all the members registered on Saini Matrimonial.
• Your Private Information (Phone Number) is only visible to members who have subscribed for the paid membership of Saini Matrimonial. We only share your phone number with the paid members while your email address is never shared with any member, whether free or paid. Your Phone Number is shared in good faith so that a quick communication can be established between the members for matrimonial purpose only. Saini Milan disclaims itself for any loss which may cause from sharing your Private Information.
• All the messages exchanged between the members on Saini Matrimonal website are sent by Saini Milan and do not disclose the sender's/recipient's email address to any member. The member's are however free to exchange their contact details including phone or email address in the messages they exchange with other members at their own will and risk.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Saini Milan does not rent, sell, or share Public or Private Information with other people or non-affiliated companies except under the following circumstances:

• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Saini Milan’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
• We transfer information about you if Saini Milan is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Saini Milan! will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Saini Milan displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria.
